Hippy Dinners is a memoir from Abbie Ross, that deals with growing up with somewhat counter culture parents in 1972. When they trade in their English town house for a Welsh farmhouse near a hippy commune, Abbie's life is changed for good. It sounds quite funny and full of a child's keen eyed wonder that can only be recollected with age.
Aardman Animations did the lovely trailer for it. Makes sense. According to her bio on Transworld Publishers, Ross worked at Aardman as a senior producer.
