She Says hold biggest event to date, Scamp, at LBi offices

SheSays, the organisation supporting women in digital has announced its Scamp event called 'Work in Progress'. The event will take place at LBi's Brick Lane offices on July 1st from 1-7pm. The event is about generating ideas, however they come about, wherever they come from and whatever they are. The event will showcase loads of creative prototypes, innovations, experiments and anything that gets the creative juices flowing. Inspiration is the key to the event. To attend this event please purchase the last remaining tickets here: https://shesays.org.uk/events/scamp-conference/

SheSays has attracted some inspiring speakers to the event - Nicole Yershon, Director of Innovative Solutions at Ogilvy; Katy Lindemann, Senior Strategist at Naked Communications; Georgina Voss, an artist from Tinker London; Tiffany St James, Head of Public Participation for UK Government; Emma Mulqueeny, Director of Rewired State; Katie Streton, Head of Insight at Imagination; Sara Tate, Head of Brand and New Business at Mother London; and Jenni Lloyd, Strategy Director at Nixon McInnes. To reverse the speaking trend, at this conference you will find the speakers are 80% women and 20% men - the lads soon to be announced. Men are of course welcome to the event. If you’re interested in new work from a variety of sectors and industries then this is the conference to attend.

SheSays has been running for over 3 years and was set up by Laura Jordon-Bambach, Executive Creative Director at LBi. What started as a small community in London has grown to a larger network in 7 cities across the world, with over 3000 members. “We are really different from other organizations in that everything we do comes from our members’ suggestions“, says Laura Jordon-Bambach. SheSays’ aim is to help women further their careers in digital advertising through informative debates and a bespoke mentoring scheme. We now operate in London, Brighton, Paris, Vienna, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Toronto.
