So you signed up, double-checked that you spelled your email correctly, and you still didn't receive your welcome/password email. What gives?

Apple are much better at explaining this than we are. It requires that you re-save the downloaded file in another format, which is pretty simply if you're equipped with Quicktime Pro.

There's a whole bunch of ways - pick one that suits you. You actually download the film by watching it, and it is then stored in your browsers cache where you can fish it out. Alas, I can't keep a list here of every single browsers cache location on every single operating system, so if you want to get it from your cache you have to figure that out on your own (it's not hard). So many people make the mistake of mistyping their emails - gmali.com instead of gmail.com being a very frequent example - and spambots sign up with fake accounts here too often, so we clean out accounts that have never been logged into after a few days. If you log in, even just once, you're safe but if you wait a full week for whatever reason it's likely that your account was deleted with the other dead ones.

Right. On a mac, you either "long click" (that means hold the mouse-button down until you get a pop-up menu) or right click until you see this menu. Choose the "set as desktop image" option. Ta-dah. You're done.
