Mitsubishi continues to outpace Volkswagen in the smart new music front, which is quite an accomplishment in itself. That, along with the polished production and elegant time warping of this spot's story, is much more compelling than listing the payload capacity, gas mileage and number of cup holders. Old school ad reviewers might disagree, but then again, old school ad reviewers are also intrinsically and indelibly linked to Volvo station wagons.
