My credit card won't work? Why is that?

Only your Credit Card Company knows why your Credit Card wasn't accepted here.

It does seem quite logical to ask a shop why ones credit card was rejected. Perhaps we would know more than you on the subject. However, we don't. For security purposes credit card issuers doesn't share such details with vendors - it's for your privacy as well. All we get is "code:050" written on your transaction which means "rejected" and no details as to why.

We use the services of a Credit Card Bank to deal with the transactions. Responses we get are quite generic.

The only transaction responses we see on our side are:
- "Transaction Succesful"
- "Credit Card Type Not Accepted" (whenever someone tries to use their American Express or Diners or another card which we don't accept)
- the famous 050 "Transaction not accepted" (by the Credit Card company).

If you have a question about why your card did not go through, please contact your Bank or Credit Card Company as they will know more.
