So you signed up, double-checked that you spelled your email correctly, and you still didn't receive your welcome/password email. What gives?

Some email servers don't like us and it's pretty common that hotmail.com sends our email to your junk mail folder check in there. Aol.com seems to eat our emails too - some people get them, some don't, some find them in their junk mail folder. If you have any control over a junk mail whitelist try and whitelist the address hostmaster AT ad-rag.com where our mails come from.

Naturally if something like this happened before you whitelisted our addy you can retrieve your password, and that email will go through.

If nothing is working:
Email the hostmaster, tell us your username and email address, and we'll send off a new password to you.

If your email ends with .ru or .cn or .kr then I'm really sorry, but our server neither accepts nor sends mails to domains in Russia, China, Or Korea. We can help you get an account if you email adlands.hostmaster AT gmail.com.

We get bounced emails every day - people misspell their email just slightly and the email comes back to us. I've seen someone sign up first with gmali.com and two minutes later with gmaill.com. If you know you messed up with your email you can always email us and we'll fix it for you.
Dud accounts (never logged in to) are deleted after 24 hours.
