Song in Indiana area commercial about physicians

Hello all!

I have seen this commercial a few times over the last couple of years and I never do catch the entire thing but it is a commercial about local (Fort Wayne) physicians. It is in the style of Sinatra/Tony Bennett/etc. Lyrics I could catch are

"you like to shake when you samba
I've got a natural sway (or swing?)
You won't admit it
I just can't quit it
You take the uhh out of love"

Can anyone identify? Thank you in advance...
