"Keep track of..."? Does this come with some automagick GPS scanning widget for the parents or something, so they can watch their kids cycle around the hood on googlemaps?

I think they mean that you can "keep track of" what calls your kids make, how much they call, and make it easy for the parents to call their kids (for cheap). My old phone (which I hope to be replacing SOON) has a GPS beacon in it - but that's mostly for Police/Fire/Rescue to find me (or at least the phone!) in case of a real emergency. Sorta like a LoJack for a person - only activated when needed.
