Tagline: is this familiar or am I going mad?

This tagline just sounds so familiar that I'm sure I've heard it before:

"Designed for city living"

It's been written for an automotive brand for UK use only, but if anyone can tell me if it's been used before I'd appreciate it.

I didn't write it, btw, but I've been tasked with working on the ad and this is the one thing I'm uncomfortable with. No one wants to be badlanded!

I'm on quite tight timescales, so in the next hour or three would be great.

Thanks in advance adgrunts.

:)

Maybe it's familiar because I keep seeing that exact phrase ins newly developed apartment complexes in the UK.

There's also some car brand yapping about being designed for urban/city driving. I forget which one.

Maybe that's where I see it too?! I did a Google search and only apartments came up, but still, it sounds too familiar to not have been used before!

The car you're probably thinking of is most likely the Perodua Kembara 1.3 EX (Solid) [See the review at http://www.mois.com.my/ent/modules/Perodua/kemexsol.php].

For affection or appreciation, gifts for all occasions are available at Tokens. The novelty shop, at 671 Ninth Avenue (between 46th and 47th Streets) was described by Jackie Anderson, an owner, as hip and urban.

''Some gift stores are full of collectibles and Hummels,'' she said. ''That's not us.''

At Tokens, which she owns with Jo Lynn Sciarro, customers can browse in the ''Zen zone,'' a section of the store devoted to candles, books on religion and spiritual topics, and such miscellaneous items as mezuzahs designed for city living ($38). They are fitted with magnets so they can attach to steel doors.

The ''urban circuit'' section sells address books ($18), clocks ($32) and coasters ($22) made from recycled computer chips. Tokens is open from Mondays through Thursdays, noon to 8 P.M.; Fridays and Saturdays, noon to 9 P.M. and Sundays, noon to 7 P.M. "

I did a Google search for the phrase "designed for city living", and I came up with the previously mentioned real estate listings (flats and houses) as well as 2 different cars( a Hyundai Tuscon and the Perodua Kembara), a baby buggy, home security ("SimpliSafe is specifically designed for city living, perfect for apartments or people who move frequently"), and magnetic mezuzahs.

I posted about this here, and got blocked due to suspected SPAM. (fix it dab!) ;->

I got a Renault Kangoo reference on Google, but the site doesn't seem to use the tagline.

So, not sure still.

Client reviews tomorrow, so going to go with it and then check this first thing in case someone with better skills than I can find out if it's a go-er or not.

Thanks Allan1 and Dabitch for your comments.

I read that as 'rectal kangaroo'. Just thought I'd share that with you..

yeah, uh, sorry Allan1 (I freed your comment from it's unpublished cage). There's a limit to the amount of URL's per comment. Though it doesn't stop guys like this one, who commented only minutes before you. (I guess I'll have to think something else up, but using RBL's tends to backfire bigtime as well)

I guess my Google-Fu is best!

I bow down to your superior Google-Fu-ing and thank you so much for finding those links for me. The line has been pulled as a tagline, but I think it might make it into a script or something. It sounded too cliched to me anyway.

:)

Cheers again

All hail your superior google-fu!
