James Earl Jones Cellphone Ad

I'm looking for a James Earl Jones commercial where he is in a baseball field and he is talking about if they build it (the network), they will come. Has anyone ever heard of this or remember anything near James Earl Jones doing this. Also, does anyone know anyone else saying "build it (the network) and they will come"? Thank you in advance for any replies and help.

Hmm. I could have sworn that we had that ad, but it seems the Bell Atlantic stuff with James Earl is scarcer than I thought. Only three returned in search: Commercials with James Earl.
It was Bell Atlantic wasn't it? Or was it another brand?
