I have not seen this ad anywhere in the Indian print media.

So you are saying that this is a scam ad? On the other hand, I find it hard to believe that you've read every print magazine or newspaper available in India every day recently since there's over one hundred thousand of them. It' is quite possible that you've simply missed this ad.

Has the Indian advertising trade press mentioned it yet?

I think the question is, what paper/mag would even dare to allow that ad to run? (I still can't read it.)
