Drunk Driving Commercial - Everybody Plays the Fool

There was a commercial that was shown on Fox here in Chicago that I think was by the Illinois Department of Transportation. The catchphrase they use was "You drink, you drive, you lose." I think it was around late 2006. There was this guy getting sentenced to jail and he is walking through the prison and the prisoners are winking at him and singing Everybody Plays the Fool.

I seem to have missed that ad, which is weird as I was in Chicago at the time. Can't seem to find it anywhere either.
I sent an email to IDOT through their website, I doubt I'll ever get a response. You've got to see it :)
