Can't play commercials

I have paid my dues and logged in but can' t play any of the commercials, I don't get the option to play, just a blank box with a wittle box in the upper left hand corner and a place to leave my comments below that. Can someone please help me, or is there a technical support section to this website? Thank's, Pete...

Thanks TDD for pointing to the FAQ - he emailed and asked me last night after I had gone to bed. I've now re-ordered the FAQ so that Tech Support shows up second on the main page and the questions under tech support, as well as added "(alt: triangle circle crap)" to the specific question that pete4r didn't see.

I hope that helps future FAQ readers.
