Help! Does anyone recall the Dutch photographer vs Soda-pop (Lemon fanta, sprite coke?) courtcase?

Hey all

A few years ago, a dutch photographer had come out with a book of portraits she shot at Coney Island, Dutch beaches and the likes. They were very straight-forward full body shots, of people posing slightly akward against the straight horizon , greyish sky and flash was used to make pale beackgoers look even more pale/gawky.

About six months after her book of these photos came out, a campaign for some soda appeared on bus-posters, where the photography was mimicking her shots in minute detail. Straight horizon, grayish skies, washed out skin-color due to flash in daylight, people standing straight up and down in their bikinis and shorts. The only difference was that they had a wedge of lemon or orange in their mouths making their akward smile stick out quite clearly.

She took the soda-pop to court, but since I can't remember her name, nor which soda it was I can't seem to google up what happened with that case. Anyone here know?

*bump*

If I recall correctly this case happened somewhere around 2002, so it's an old story and might have vanished off the web. Also, the agency sued was McCann Eriksson

The Dutch photographers name is Rineke Dijkstra.

Thanks, now I could find more info.

Photographer demands end to advertising campaign from Fanta/Coca-Cola

"If my beach photo series did not exist, neither would this advertisement. They have my idea very (soul?). The subject matter, style, teenagers, poses, the blue background of the sea, almost all elements are shamelessly copied. I will be called crazy by people who think that I have made advertising campaign so that I could walk away with a nice check/financially secure (ie: sold out)."

disclaimer: my Dutch is rusty but that's the jist
There's also an Interview with Rineke here about it but it's behind pay-bars, and I still can't find anything on how it went. Did she sue? Did Fanta pay her a "so sorry for ripping your style" fine? What happened?
