Any Advice??

Hey
I've just taken over the UK's first ever independent Japanese Anime platform and I'm running media sales in-house. I'm looking for target specific ads (for a TSA of 18-34) but the trouble is that I'm in a Catch 22: media buyers don't want to talk because we didn't approach them to handle our media sales account and those that do want to advertise can't afford our very low rates.
Any advice that anyone can give about how to get around this matter of media etiquette, would be greatly appreciated....
Note to moderators: I looked for suitable topics but couldn't find anything related....

You certainly are in a bit of a pickle there...
And I certainly use the word certainly far too much. I blame the late hour and lack of sleep.
