Hells YEAH. The most common whine I've heard from creatives is the fact that burning the midnight oil, working hard and generally giving the agency every inch of your life never seems to show result in ones paycheck until you win something huge, like Cannes. (if even then). Obviously, winning pitches should get a bonus for everyone in the team involved - from AE to AD.
