Once again, I can answer my own question-here is the excerpt from her Wikipedia Bio

"Surprisingly, in 2006, Talia Shire appears in a commercial for "Geico". She plays a therapist who is treating a caveman who has issues due to Geico's "So easy, even a caveman can do it!" commercials. The timing of release of Shire's Geico commercial appears about the same time as the release of the movie "Rocky Balboa"."
