I have been a big fan of Saab aircraft for a long time. I came across this video promotion for the Saab Gripen. (See Gripen International - Controlling the Machine, Mpeg)

Saabs image is great. Im not so sure about the cars look though.

Another example of using a Saab aircraft to advertise Saab autos:

A J35 Draken sponsored by a Saab auto dealer in Sacramento, California taxies for takeoff at Reno, Nevada, USA, in September, 2003.

I'll take a Draken over an auto any day.

I like this Saab ad that was showing recently in the UK.

Ooh, I hate that! I'm such an airplane junkie I was all excited I was going to see a jet! :D

I found this Saab site that seems to go along the lines of the UK ad. Interesting, they use the slogan "Pilots Wanted" - that being very similar to the "Drivers Wanted" slogan used by Volkswagen. (Homage? Badland?)

(And I hate the site, too! I want to take a Saab jet for virtual test flight not a car! ;) )
