ad about stages of life

Probably 5 or 6 years ago there was a tv ad running that went something like this
Just when you get good at being a baby, you are a child, and when you get good at being a child, you are an adult, and when you get good at being good at being an adult....the secret to success in life is not to good at something eventually , but to get good while there is still time to do you some benifit.
Note, as the narrator would convey this idea, the video portion would change to reflect the words. It seemed that this was by an investment company, and I always liked the sentiment expressed. Does this ad sound familiar to anyone?? I would most especially like to know what company it was. Thanks Chris from Canada.

This is a really late reply, but it's funny I just recently saw an ad that sounds a lot like the one you describe - except for a norweigan pension-savings company!
