winners and point me in the direction of the non-established.

I can't see that for the Mother's and DBB Paradiset and Cliff Freeman & Partners and Wieden + Kennedy and ALMAP/BBDO's.

the lead in should read "other industry awards are for the established, and so are we" - even though i suppose technically all entries were made by people under thirty.

It's an ageism award, not an award for talent that doesn't get appreciated anywhere else - as Mother is raking home awards for things they already raked home awards with, proves.

under thirty and want an award? choose your venue wisely.
