Hi. I*m unable to donate and hence unable to see the ads. My CC just won*t go through, even though I*ve tried multiple times with multiple ones. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you called your credit card company and asked them what the hell is going on? It would seem the logical thing to do.
Yeah. They said that they don*t make small transactions with Denmark due to some laws that make it so they can*t make a profit when the transaction is so small.
Ah, the "we won*t make a profit on a measly 2 Euro donation" law, yes. Pesky law that.
What is your lower limit then? Six Euro (three months)? Ten Euro (five months)?
(the Bank used here is not Danish by the way, if that makes any difference to your bank).
Not Danish? Ah, then that explains why my CC people were telling me it was Sweden (?). I don*t know how much I*d be willing to spend. It*s for a paper I*m writing and I*m not really a fan of paying for sources, so I think I*m just going to end up working from memory. If 2 months would work, then I might do it, but the guy I talked to said that anything under $50 wasn*t worth it for Master Card, and that*s a bit much for me.
Interestingly enough, we ran out of class time today so I didn*t get to present. So getting access would be useful still.

I actually have asked some other people. I*m asking you here because you will already be making donations, so tacking on an extra 2 euros that I would pay for wouldn*t be a big deal.
I*ve already tried both a Visa and a Mastercard and I doubt that Diner*s Club will be different unless the law is special for Diner*s Club, which I doubt. So I don*t know what asking anyone around me would do, unless they have a Eurocard, while living in the US, which seems unlikely to me.
And while I*m happy to wait, the due date on my finals isn*t, unfortunately.
I would paypal the money to someone first, I honestly don*t see that big a risk in 2 bucks. I*d be the one trusting someone I have no good reason to.

That $50 lower limit is outrageous - there is no law as in *legal document setting forth rules governing a particular kind of activity*, they just prefer to not do small sums because they can not make a profit on it.
Which makes them sucky. Try your Diners card. Not all credit cards suck.
Wild guess here, but I think that your credit card issuer has issues. Whatever style of card you have (not all plastic is the same after all) it doesn*t seem to be a good deal, at least not in this case.
80% of the super adgrunts here are US based people (with corresponding US issued credit cards) who manage to upgrade with small sums without problems. None of the adgrunts have upgraded for $50 in one go, though a regular year 24 € happens.

It says 8 news stories = 1 month in the FAQ, which she upgrades out in small doses for each story, she doesn*t wait for you to complete 8 stories.
Should be something quirky, maybe something viral or simply something that you have a strong opinion about, that usually works. Maybe even something from your assignment could work, it doesn*t have to be long, just interesting.
