Thanks for trying to help and all, but I got the song already. It*s Mr. Brightside by The Killers. The O.C. is a television show on FOX. The "O.C." stands for Orange County, in California not New York.

I can*t really make out the words for this song. It was the most recent O.C. commercial I have seen. The song is really catchy.
