Looking for American Caesar / New Roman ad

I must protest decent???? Try crap. If you don*t know the name of the agency, you can*t find a Nike ad by search on "Nike". Truly annoying.



I*m sure it*s great if you are armed with all the information, like agency name, that people come here to find.

In 2000-2001(I believe this is the general time frame) there was an ad featuring New York with a Caesar and New York as a modern version of Rome. Can anyone help me find that ad, who the client was and the company that produced it?
