TBWA in Stockholm did a few films against teenage drinking, i can*t translate these now and they do rely on dialouge.
One of the stories show two girls going to a party, with obvious sounds of bottles of wine in their backpack. A young boy looks at their [to us adults anyway] outrageous amount of boooze for two young girls, while he*s drinking a very large can of beer, he says
"Is that all you got for tonight?"
To which one of the girls reply "Ah, yes, but you see, we we*re allowed to have wine with our dinner tonight, so we*ll be fine on this"
The young boy replies "man, I should come to your house for dinner sometime.."
The moral of the story is to talk to kids about booze, and offering them wine in *adult dinner* style doesn*t seem to help at all in regards to allowing them to *learn to handle wine in a civilized manner*. They*ll drink like sailors on leave anyway.
Parents who see the films can order a book on how to talk to their teenagers about and deal with their teenagers drinking.

These ads are aimed at parents, rather than the teenagers themselves. It*s what I could think of off the top of my head.
