If this is it, I*m going to blow off some steam...there I am, driving in my car when I hear a radio spot that sounds disturbingly similar to a concept that we failed to sell a client several moons ago. So the products were vastly different; so the clients weren*t even the same, so I can*t even scream \"you took it, you thieving cur!\"
So what? Presently unemployed junior-ish-level creative unable to get a job has knife twisted in gut.
My spot (all three of them, actually) was better. Funnier. More subtle. And no, it did not involve the *Mission Impossible* theme, thank you very much... I was planning on blowing my Christmas Club money on getting some of these now-relegated-to- spec spots produced... but not if people think I stole the idea from the damn ISP/ cable company*s agency. I*m going outside to scream now. Thanks.
