This film tells the story of a young buy who only has mean words directed at him. All the black words are mean words and insults such as "gross person" "idiot" "wimp". Until the day he arrives home happy and brings up the red word "hej" which is a simple "hello". That's all it takes.

"Friends" is an anti-bullying organisation in Sweden, they go to schools to educate children about bullying and how to prevent it.
